Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while ensuring availability for all our clients, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled reservation time are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Partial Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, a partial refund will be issued to cover our preparation and holding costs.

  3. No Refund: Once the vehicle has left our lot, no refunds will be issued.
